Shipping Policy

  • TAG Giftware ships all orders within 1 business day.
  • We use a range of shipping carriers to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns Policy

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that custom items, final sale items, and items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for returns.
  • Exchanges are not possible.
